Open Water Sessions:
- Briefing & Goal Setting: We begin with a short safety overview and a focused discussion to define your goals and readiness.
- Warm-Up & Evaluation: Each session starts with a diagnostic warm-up to assess stroke mechanics and track progression over time.
- Main Set: Drills and sets are tailored to your objectives, whether race preparation, technical refinement, or confidence building.
- Adaptive Planning: If you're unsure of your goals, we’ll identify key areas for improvement and adjust as your skills evolve.

Endless Pool Sessions:

- Expanded Drills: The stable environment allows for a wider range of technical exercises, ideal for refining propulsion, timing, and body position.
